Nishiwaki, Hyogo, Japan｜Soratobu Jyutan

This is a restaurant I would recommend to people who like spicy food. Soratobu Carpet is located a little off the main street in Nishiwaki. I ordered the omelet dry curry (930 yen). I thought it was a normal omelet rice, but the inside was not chicken rice, but more like curry pilaf. It's wrapped in a fluffy egg, and is there a special treat on top? It has ketchup on it. It's a little spicy, but I don't think it would be as delicious without the spiciness. It's a restaurant that is particular about its curry, so next time I'd like to order some curry. There are about 10 parking spaces in the back as well as the front, so I don't think you need to worry about that.

Whatever you eat is delicious. I especially love the chilled cappellini with tomato and basil. Thank you for the meal.

It's a stable deliciousness that hasn't changed in the past.
