More Comments at Google MapMatsuzushi is famous for decaneta. The difference between nigiri and nakagiri is the material and size, so I ordered the nakagiri (7 pieces) without hesitation. Speaking of Matsuzushi, it is an oversized material. I think there are 3-4 times more sushi ingredients (squid, tuna, sea bream, yellowtail) than usual. Shari is normal size. Ikura warship rolls are almost the same size as conveyor belt sushi, so please compare them. Shrimp is also used big shrimp. I also use one conger eel. It's amazing. When you eat it, the flavor of the fish spreads throughout your mouth. I ate at the counter seat, but I think the best part of sushi is that it is placed in front of you instead of being served in a bowl or plate. The counter itself serves as a plate. I usually use chopsticks, but this time I ate it with my hands instead of using chopsticks. It gave me an indescribable new feeling. I ordered an additional egg and finished it. Eggs have a slightly sweet and salty taste, so I think it's better to eat them without soy sauce. Green tea served in a large teacup is also good. Fish has a completely different aroma, so if you reset your mouth with green tea, you can enjoy each flavor without spoiling it. Red soup stock contains white fish and shiitake mushrooms and is rich in flavor. The aroma spreads as soon as you open the chawanmushi. It was a luxurious and gentle taste that conveyed the taste of sea bream, conger eel, shrimp and squid. The lily root and ginkgo, and the trefoil that brings together the flavor and aroma are doing a good job. It is 3,300 yen for medium sushi, egg, red miso soup, and steamed egg custard. I think it's reasonable to be able to enjoy real sushi (with extra-large toppings) at this price. One item is expensive (such as 1700 yen for sea bream cooked), so I didn't see it this time, but I would like to order it again when I visit with my friends. The price is not cheap, but it is a restaurant where you can fully enjoy the charm of sushi.
I have used it several times for takeout and eating in the store. The ingredients here are big and delicious! Gari is also delicious. This price is affordable.
Although I had to hurry due to time constraints, I was very satisfied with the prompt response. The sushi here had very large toppings, so I ordered the ``assorted'' platter, and the toppings were really good for the price and it was delicious. This time I wanted to take my time! I will go again!
