Akashi, Hyogo, Japan｜鮨縁（sushi-enishi）

Like Akashi, we started with Akashi Dako's soft dish. All the knobs and nigiri are delicious. The selection of sake is also great. I want to come here again when I go to Akashi.

I enjoyed low-carbohydrate sushi as a surprise from a friend. I was really happy because I hadn't eaten rice for a long time. Desserts are also low-carb. Thank you for your concern. I was relieved that my blood sugar level did not skyrocket. This is a store I would like to visit again.

It was nice to have a calm atmosphere and the general was easy to talk to.
