A very sophisticated yet not snob Japanese restaurant that us, Japanese foodies love. Seems like a English speaker friendly. Must visit in Kobe!

It has a good reputation, so I wanted to try it once, so I visited the event on Friday at the end of the month to try it out. Cash-on for 2000 yen for food and 700 yen for drinks. Good food and great taste. I would like to come during normal business hours. Visitors are also easy to spend time with good quality.

This Japanese restaurant has been awarded two Michelin stars for five consecutive years. The store is located in a quiet residential area, with Kacento next door. There is a counter made of a single board with 10 seats, and the open kitchen allows you to enjoy watching the owner's masterful knife skills. You will be impressed by the delicate seasoning. If you would like to casually go to the store, I heard that they are holding an event called Purari Drinking Friday (for information on Facebook), so I think it would be a good idea to go there once.
