Amazing place! The octopus sashimi definitely makes your idea about octopus change! Every single dish is so sophisticated even desserts.

I've visited so many times that I don't know how many times. I came to the store at 5pm on a Friday when it opened. I went in without making a reservation after seeing a post on Instagram that said, "Reservations are taking place," but it seemed like they had quite a few reservations, and several groups turned me down over the phone. It's better to make a reservation. If you want to eat delicious Akashi fish, this is the place. Octopus is delicious any time you eat it, but the flavor in August is exceptional. Dishes other than fish are also delicious, and there is a wide variety of sake. The price of each plate may seem a little high, but it's worth it. Summer corn tempura is the sweetest.

On the night I went to visit Izanagi Shrine on Awaji Island on my annual bike ride, I visited the store just as it opened. Delicious things about Akashi fish I was surprised when I tried the sole sashimi for the first time. There were many other delicious dishes and I ate a lot. There are many types of sake, which makes me very happy. The staff were friendly and it was a happy Akashi night. I would like to stop by again when I go to Awaji Island.
