Kobe, Hyogo, Japan｜Wasabi to Sakana

This was my first visit on a trip to Kobe. Of course, you will be seated at the counter. I chose this restaurant because they had their recommendations written on the blackboard and they served grated wasabi, which I thought was delicious, so I made a reservation and went. As a result, everything was delicious. When I ate a platter of sashimi with grated wasabi, it wasn't overly spicy, but the sweetness of the wasabi went well with the sashimi at the beginning, and the spiciness came through afterwards. . And the vegetables The stew was the best. The soup stock is used well to bring out the flavor of the vegetable ingredients. The grilled fish is also delicious. All of them were delicious, so I added another sashimi and I ordered boiled vegetables and grilled fish. Also, the beer at this shop is really delicious! The foam is creamy and you can drink it easily. I went there for 4 nights in Kobe, and the taste and value for money were good, so I went back to eat there again during my trip. This is a store I would like to visit again.

I go there often, but people probably don't like it. (I haven't made any complaints or anything) Every time I went there at night, I was told it was full, so I stopped going. (Is it because people who look like mountain fudos don't like me?) When an older person is tending the store, I let them in. (Very kind) Since there aren't many restaurants where you can eat fish, I don't hesitate to approach the restaurant if there are people with a mountain fudo-like atmosphere. Will you open your heart someday? lol Fish is delicious!

As the name suggests, the wasabi is delicious. Boiled fish also has a good taste that goes well with sake. The staff are also pleasant to serve customers with a smile. I will go again next month!
