As a westerner this was such a unique, fun, wonderful experience. Terrific flavors, lots of umami. Jellyfish? Yes, it was delicious. Fermented egg, swan, young bamboo shoots egg roll, clam with dumpling, so many flavors new to me. The food was also artful, balanced, and worked with wine.

It has a great atmosphere and is completely different from popular Chinese food. The presentation and seasoning are delicate. It will come in handy on special days or when having dinner with your dear friends.
