Kakogawa, Hyogo, Japan｜エーライシャン（夜来香）

I went for lunch on December 29th. I had the impression that it would be crowded, but I was able to sit down without waiting. (Maybe because it's the end of the year?) What I ate was the “Yaraika Lunch” that you can eat all day long. There are a variety of dishes on one plate, so I had my family try a few. You can choose the amount of rice, but since I don't eat much, I chose "small". My daughter had the ramen set meal, and my wife had the fried rice. As it is a popular Chinese restaurant in town, everything was delicious. What particularly caught my attention was the ramen I received. I liked the taste of the noodles, so I would like to try it next time.

It's a lunch option that can be eaten both day and night 🙋 Delicious soup that hasn't changed for many years, pure white rice, a luxurious combo of fried chicken, Happo greens, sweet and sour pork, chashu, and salad on one plate 🙆 This is Kakogawa's property.

I visited for lunch. There are some menu items that you don't often see at Chinese restaurants in town, so it can be confusing when ordering. This time I ordered Tenjin Ramen. The bean paste is more runny than thick, and I'd be happier with the bean paste. The flavor of the bean paste was strong, and when mixed with the ramen soup, it tasted just right. The Tenjin eggs were also thickly baked, so they were very filling. Are the noodles a little thin? So it was easy to eat, and I was happy to be able to eat it with different flavors, such as mixing it with bean paste or eating it with soup. There were still many items on the menu that I was interested in, so I would like to visit again and try different things. Thank you for the meal.
