The ramen is a soy sauce-based ramen with a transparent soup that has a firm taste and a crunchy texture. Although the taste of chemical seasoning is a little strong, it is very light and goes smoothly with chopsticks, and it is finished in no time. It's light, but the salt concentration should never be low. In the Kansai region, I often feel this kind of strong kombu-like flavored soup stock. Kanto people may not be familiar with it. The fried chicken feels expensive at 900 yen, but the seasoning is light and the meat quality is good, and there are 9 large thighs. After eating, I felt the goodness of cospa.
