This Chinese restaurant is located in Ozukadai, Nishi Ward, and is famous for its authentic Nagasaki Champon and Sara Udon. It's quite different from the Champon made by Yodogawa in Ikawadani and Yamato in Higashi Kakogawa, but I think this one is closer to the authentic Nagasaki one. All three restaurants are delicious, so it's not a problem... There was a set of Champon and Sara Udon with mini fried rice for around 1,000 yen. I would be even happier if there was a large serving. If I were a little younger or my doctor didn't put me on dietary restrictions, I'd like to add some champon to the Sara Udon and fried rice set, but I don't have the capacity for that right now, and the doctor has stopped, so I can't do it. Unfortunately not. There is a parking lot, so you can buy a canned coffee from the parking lot after your meal and spend a blissful time driving while drinking coffee.
Hello 😃 This is my first Nagasaki Champon🎉🎉🎉 Honestly...the parking lot is tight... It's for 8 cars... If it wasn't empty... I'd try passing by... That's what I was thinking😰 The taste is still unknown. Champon soup is creamy... You can't expect the noodles to be chewy, but they are chewy. It feels good The fried rice was crispy and good. The gyoza has a crispy texture and a chewy texture. The gyoza had delicious meat juice🥟 One thing I was disappointed with was... The thing is that the astragalus was small... The taste was good That's just a shame.
