2023.4.24 13:00 This is my first visit. I ordered champon noodles, fried noodles, and gyoza. Champon noodles have a lot of ingredients and are very filling. Each gyoza was small, but it had plenty of filling and was well-cooked and delicious. I plan on stopping by again when I'm nearby.

I ordered champon and dumplings. Champon has a reasonable amount of ingredients, but the sweetness of the vegetables, shrimp, and squid are fried so as not to destroy the taste and texture, so the gap between appearance and taste is amazing. The first sip of the soup doesn't have a strong impact, but as you move your chopsticks forward, you can feel the depth of the soup. I ordered gyoza while thinking that it was a fairly powerful price of 450 yen, but I was convinced that it was served. 10 pieces (probably 2 servings) so this is the price. Size is normal. The homemade bean paste has a slightly strong garlic scent, but it has a perfect balance and is wonderful. The skin seems to be more sticky than other stores.Is there a secret in the skin or in the cooking method? Of course, the grilling method and the balance between the bean paste and the skin are also wonderful, and it is definitely a gyoza that goes well with draft beer.

The Ramen 🍜It's even more delicious with a sweet soy sauce sprinkled with pepper. Even though the char siu is thick, it's the best Trottoro 🤤 I took it out! Thank you for the meal 👏
