It's delicious no matter what you eat. This is a restaurant where even people who don't really like oden will find it delicious. Please give it a try!

I never expected to find such a good oden shop in Kobe! A hidden oden shop located in the basement of Center Plaza. The inside of the store has an old-fashioned feel to it, but the red lanterns are not too bright, and the atmosphere is clean and great. The oden has a wide variety of ingredients, and the presentation is elegant. The mustard is also delicious. The owner, the old man, was very friendly and we had a really fun time! An oden shop that I would like to stop by again. And the icon of this store, the raccoon dog, is cute ❤️

A long-established store founded in 1920. This is the birthplace of Mochi Kinchaku... so let's try out Mochi Kinchaku! So... The first time, I couldn't enter because it was reserved for that day only... For the second time, a sign that says it's closed is mercilessly displayed...Saturday is supposed to be a business day... And I'll be honest for the third time (I came from Tokyo to eat oden, so I'm glad I included it) It might be a good idea to enjoy a glass of hot sake while feeling the "Showa" atmosphere at a counter with an atmosphere (although it was midsummer that day, so I chose cold sake (^_^; All of the oden I received were well seasoned and delicious. As expected, you can feel the history of almost a century. So, I couldn't find the "Mochi Kinchaku" and I thought maybe it wasn't convenient for preparation today... I later learned that it was served under the name "Mameda."
