A great little sushi restaurant under the station. We got a bit lost - it's a level underground - but the confusion is well worth the find. Food is absolutely delicious. We got an assortment of nigiri (にぎり) and a sashimi donburi (if that's the right name). The chef provided what he thought we'd like. I really appreciate how he was explicit about the price, probably sensing the "end if trip travelers strapped for cash" vibes we were giving off. The food was affordable and incredible. Prawn, eel, tuna, salmon, squid... Fish that I can't name because I'm pathetic. The place is very small, so be prepared. The place is run by the chef and his daughter, who waits on and chats to the customers. If you speak Japanese it's a great place to chill out and chat. Note that the menu is all in Japanese. If you don't speak Japanese, just say "omakase de" and the chef will provide you with food. Maybe make sure to set a budget, but I %100 recommend. My only regret is not taking a photo of the meals. We were too awestruck! x
