Toyooka, Hyogo, Japan｜Shukubō Izushi Sara Soba

I visited at noon on the 31st. I thought it would be crowded because it was New Year's Eve, but it was empty because of the bad weather. It is located a little away from the center of Izushi and has a calm atmosphere. The scenery seen from the window was elegant and everyone who came with us was delighted. My family loves soba, but I'm not so much, so I'm really happy that there are many menus other than soba, such as conger eel rice bowls, tempura, and grilled fish! Both the soba and conger eel bowl were delicious. Above all, it was good because I was able to spend a relaxing time in the tatami room. I come to Izushi every year, and I would like to visit again next year.

Sorry for the half-eaten 🧜‍♂️If you eat the mitten crab from this restaurant, it's even tastier than the red crab. The staff at the store thought it would be difficult to eat, so they even bothered to pick it up.The price is reasonable, and the conger eel tendon is the best.
