This is a cafe in a hotel that represents Kobe. The view on the 17th floor is amazing! You can enjoy the view of Kobe from a comfortable chair. Dessert set 1,700 yen. The selling point here is definitely the Basque cheesecake. The melt-in-your-mouth taste is exquisite. Tea is served in a pot, which is about two and a half cups. On the other hand, the scones were unfortunately disappointing. It was chewy and didn't feel layered like a scone, and was more like bread. The taste isn't bad, but there isn't much clotted cream and a little jam, so you might end up with leftover scones. I tried dipping the scones with the cream that came with the Basque cheesecake, but I found that fresh cream went better with this bread-like scone than clotted cream. I hope you at least put some honey on it. There are many delicious scones in Kobe, so if you want to eat scones, this is the place. I repeat, the Basque cheesecake is exquisite! was.
