Kagita has been loved by Ashiya citizens for 15 years. I used to go there often when it first opened, but since then I have been working overseas and have stopped going there a lot. In the meantime, the restaurant has become so popular that it is becoming difficult to get reservations. I'm either happy or sad, but it's my favorite shop, so let's be happy! This time, I happened to have time on Saturday afternoon, so I was excited to visit. I am very happy that we are now open for lunch, which we didn't do in the past. I ordered Set A without rice and draft beer from noon. The great thing about this restaurant is not only the taste, but also the care and hospitality of the staff, including the manager. His attention to detail, such as asking me to leave the miso soup for later because I'm drinking beer, and the timing of turning off the heat on the iron plate, is wonderful. As a result, you feel good and it's charming to drink a lot and get drunk. I want to start a family next time.
