More Comments at Google MapThere is a queue outside the shop but mostly Japanese people. Frankly, even if you can’t speak Japanese, they also offer you the English menu. My Japanese friend told me the set here is very local and you can get as many bowl of rice as you want. I would also recommend you to try the radish and squid. Those are very good if you mixed them with rice. One of the thing you can’t miss would be the soft boiled egg (Japanese: tamago). You can mix that with your rice too. A set is 1490yen. It’s definitely more than enough for a dinner. Those tempura are freshly deep fried when you order. But if you have more than 4 people, you might have to wait slightly longer for the table because it’s not a very big shop.
Found this gem while using my nose to search for food in the mall. Wasn’t disappointed at all! They make the tempura fresh right in front of you. The crunch was good and the tempura sauce elevated it. Would most definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quick bite while you’re out shopping.
Excellent Tempura place. I’ve never seen the raw egg tempura in US but here. You should try it!! It’s an option you can add with one coin. The chef made tempura using her fingers holding fishes and shrimps dipped into the boiling tempura oil!!! Then right after it’s done, she brought us those freshest tempura by herself.
