I came to Himeji for the first time, and I thought it was a normal izakaya. When you enter, you'll find a wide variety of menu items, from the famous conger eel dish to other creative dishes! and… It was my first time to eat conger eel sashimi. It's crunchy and the more you chew, the more flavor you get. The conger eel sushi has a taste I've never had before, and it's like eating fatty tuna. In the past, most of the food eaten in the Kanto region was conger eel with sauce... (That's what I thought lol) This is the izakaya that taught me the true taste of conger eel. The beer was delicious too! It has become a store that I would like to recommend to someone. I would like to come again if I have a chance.

The food was delicious and the manager and waiters were nice. The atmosphere is great.
