Kobe, Hyogo, Japan｜Ganso-Gyozaen

It was a random choice walking into this shop with very low expectations and was surprised to find their noodle is very tasty, the fragrance of the meat mixing with the bouncy noodles makes you want to have another bowl. It is definitely worth while to give this shop a try.

Best dumpling I had while in Japan. Their homemade "Miso Sauce" is delicious!

I got a set of jajangmyeon and gyoza. Both are very delicious and satisfying.
