Excellent place for Gyoza! Better than those expensive ones. They also offer the usual beer options. We got the regular serving per person of 7 pieces. To get the best sauce mix is vinegar plus soy sauce and the miso brown sauce that you add until you get the best taste. I put 2 scoops. Some can use garlic soy sauce or even some spiced chili if you want that spice

Thanks to the kind chef who greeted us at the window and invited us in, and the staff who kindly helped to non-Japanese speaking visitors to order some beer and gyoza. It was delicious! I'll save this for my future travels! Many thanks!
