My best Chinese-Japanese restaurant, especially Gyoza!! is my best ever.

The ramen is really good 😍😍😍

As of September 2022. The food is especially delicious when the manager here is shaking the pot. No matter which store I go to, I always find products of a certain level of quality, so I stop by Osho two or three times a month. Since there are several stores in my area of activity and near my home, I often visit nearby stores when I'm passing by or on occasion. In most cases, it's a normal and delicious ``Osho'' that has no problems, but on rare occasions, it makes you groan, ``What about this!?'' That was the case at this store as well. The ingredients used are probably the same as other stores, but the quality is completely different. Even though the vegetables are crunchy, they retain heat very well, and the flavor of the meat and vegetables seeps into the oil, so even a child with an undeveloped sense of taste can tell the difference when they take a bite. For those who know, it's easy to understand, but the way the pot is used is different. By heating the pot quickly and appropriately without wasting anything with strong heat, you can preserve the tension of the ingredients and allow the umami to melt into the heated oil, allowing it to spread throughout the entire dish. It's not just a matter of throwing a hot pot at Gamushara; even if you use the same ingredients, the cooking results will vary considerably. A long time ago, at the Kakogawa Ekimae store, there was a bearded man who was very vocal and was very good at using a pot, and when he used a pot, the food he cooked was insanely delicious, but in the past few years I haven't seen him again. Nothing happened and I felt disappointed. (The timing of my visit was just bad, so maybe there are still people there...) Therefore, I felt lucky to have met such a royal general once again. Although it looks like a popular Chinese restaurant, the food is much better than the self-proclaimed high-class Chinese restaurants that use expensive materials and have ornate carpets. Very cost-effective. When I checked at the time of checkout, I found out that the person who was holding the pot at the time was the manager of this store. It seems that he only works on Saturdays and Sundays at random, but he seems to be able to come three days a week on weekday nights, so I'm thinking of taking my family there.
