What sets it apart from the unmanned gyoza restaurants you see these days is the good balance of meat and vegetables. There is a crunchy feeling of vegetables from Hyogo Prefecture, which is the selling point, and you can understand the "freshness". It is finely chopped to a certain size, and the texture is not overly salted. The guy at the unmanned 24-hour store has no flesh and looks like minced vegetables...
