In fact, the current owner took over Poem, which had been operating at this location since 1969, and started the shop. The low table set, which is too painful for people with back pain, was once a cafe's exclusive patent. Also, one thing that contributes greatly to the retro feel is the presence of manga books stacked all over the wall. People in the Showa era, who didn't even have smartphones, read manga while waiting for their orders to come out. And, rare these days, smoking is allowed. I ordered "Napolitan" and "Poem Curry" with the restaurant's name on it. I also added ``homemade pudding'' that I wanted to try while watching. All of the menu items are full of volume, and above all, the quality is high enough that you wouldn't expect it to be a coffee shop. The siphon coffee also has a delicious taste. It was delicious.
