Famous Yakiniku and Ramen restaurant The shop is located near the Kasai Interchange, in a peaceful landscape. When I parked my car in the parking lot in front of the store, it was already filled with smoke! A large number of ventilation fans installed inside the store are spewing out delicious-looking smoke. There are 5 tables in the bright interior with many windows, and alcohol disinfection stations are installed at the entrance. There are two large air conditioners that are constantly blowing high-power air, and a large number of ventilation fans carry smoke and air from inside the store to the outside, so I think we are doing everything we can to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. I came here because I was attracted by the ramen, but the moment I entered the store, my brain was dominated by Yakiniku. Although there are not many types of yakiniku, the menu is carefully selected and the owner will hand-cut it for you each time you order. Hearts, liver, offal, etc. are especially fresh and have no odor. I was surprised that the cost performance was unusually good, as Abara and tongue are easy to eat and inexpensive. The cabbage sticks out go well with the sauce and go well (refills are only 50 yen!) The ramen and horumon udon are also exquisite, and are ``first-class'' products that can make a restaurant work on their own. The ramen is made with beef stock and has a rich flavor, but it is a great dish that can be eaten easily. The vegetables and chashu toppings are also delicious, so there is nothing to complain about. Hormone udon is a rich miso flavored dish. Since there are many types of hormones used as ingredients, the complex soup stock, combined with the miso, stimulates your appetite.
