I went with the salt and sauce^^ It was thick and voluminous, and I was impressed that you could get skirt steak of this quality at this price. ~ Yukhoe ~ There are also different seasonings: sauce, ponzu sauce, and one more thing? I think it was seasoned. This time with the sauce ^^ Yukhoe was also delicious, and I was nodding my head. Next time I would like to eat it tataki style with ponzu sauce♪ Is it normal to have grilled meat of this quality in Himeji? I'm really impressed. Where I live, the price seems to go up by 700 to 800 yen for the same quality of meat. This was my second visit, and I was convinced that it was delicious.
