However, the cleaning is perfect, so it is a story for those who care about the smell of smoke. The miso sauce is just as delicious as it was back then, and I don't know of any sauce that tastes better than this even now. I think you can eat it directly with rice (although I won't do it). The meat is fresh and of very high quality. It's different from what you'd find in a so-called high-end restaurant, but you can definitely feel the umami of the meat. And the price is very reasonable. It is an impression like Mr. Marufuku who is thriving in Himeji.

I've been coming here since I was in elementary school, so I've been coming here for 30 years. I currently live in Tokyo, so I only go back to Kakogawa twice a year, but when I come back to Kakogawa, I always come back to this shop. A regular order of abala, top minced meat, offal, liver, and loin. The most delicious yakiniku restaurant in my life is Tsukasa.
