I chose the 150g set to see how it would turn out, but when I put my chopsticks in, the meat juices overflowed❗️I regretted choosing the 300g because of the aroma and flavor of the meat.🥲 But hey, I now have a reason to come again lol It's probably a simple set that doesn't interfere with the meatiness, but the miso soup is a little...😓 postscript The soup has gotten better (^^) Is it onion soup? But it's a little different than usual, It seems like it takes a while It was delicious♪

I visited for the first time on the weekend. It was around 1pm when I visited, but it was already sold out. However, I was able to prepare from there. I was very grateful to you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to make me wait and receive the hamburger steak. I've eaten a lot of hamburgers, but this was definitely the best I've ever had. The meat was coarsely ground, and the texture was more like a Salisbury steak than a hamburger, and although it came with salt and ponzu sauce, the taste of the meat was so great that you could eat it without adding anything. The rice was cooked to the right degree of hardness and fluffy, and just like the meat, I thought the work was done with care. I'm split between not wanting it to become popular and wanting to share that I've found a great store. I want to go again as soon as my younger child comes home. As others have written, the location is a little difficult to find, but parking was easy. I ordered a hamburger set for lunch, and I felt satisfied that I had eaten enough meat. It's not cheap enough for me to go there often, but it's delicious, so I'll come here when I want a little luxury.
