I had lunch B (red meat and offal) at Hontan Yakiniku Fan in Kato City, Hyogo Prefecture. Since it was Sunday lunch, the restaurant was crowded. The meat that came out was quite thick, red meat, and the offal was like a big lump that I had never seen before. I grilled it right away, the red meat was delicious! The homemade sauce is also delicious! Hormones are super soft! I have never eaten anything like this! Apparently, they sell meat wholesale next to the shop, so you can probably get the freshest meat. In terms of quantity, even though I was a small eater, I wasn't full, so if you eat a lot, I think it's a good idea to order more. It's worth going all the way ❣️

It was scheduled to close earlier than usual because it was New Year's, but we were welcomed pleasantly. First, I ordered the red and white set. Add salt tongue and wiener. It looks small, but it's enough for two people. Since it was the last customer of the day, the meat that came out was delicious with a good amount of fat. What does the shop look like? The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing inside. The store clerk was also friendly and I was able to leave the store comfortably.
