When I was imagining horumonnabe in Hakata, I was surprised at how completely different it was. Various types of hormones were simmered with the moisture released from the onions and green onions, and it was delicious with the sauce.

I don't think there is anywhere else where you can eat fresh and crunchy offal. I personally recommend Senmai and Mino.
