Hankyu Nishinomiya Kitaguchi This Okinawan restaurant is located a short walk from the southeast exit. I had the island soba set meal. A set of island soba, jushi (Okinawan mixed rice), and meat miso. You can choose flat noodles or thin noodles for island soba, and you can choose large, medium, or small juicy noodles. I used thin noodles and medium amount of rice. Cute island soba with shisa kamaboko on top has a light taste with the dashi broth. The noodles and soup stock are well balanced, and it's delicious enough as it is, but it's also delicious if you add the seasonings provided. The island chili pepper gave it a tangy flavor, and the ginger tempura was refreshing. There are plenty of juicy ingredients, and it has a strong flavor, so you can eat it. You can eat mini soft serve ice cream for 150 yen only for lunch, so I ordered it. The soft ice cream was topped with black honey and crushed sata andagi and enjoyed a crispy texture. Good taste, full volume, good cost performance, The atmosphere of the shop was also ◎.

I enjoyed tasting it three or four times, changing the flavor using table seasonings such as sesame, ginger tempura, and Okinawa's unique island chili peppers, as well as the meat miso that came with the set meal. Also, although pork is a standard dish, the inclusion of wood ear mushrooms makes it interesting and the texture is addictive. The juicy and mildly seasoned rice is a great balance with the soba noodles. This rice has fish cakes in it, but I didn't know that they were included until now. It was very delicious, and at 980 yen, it's a great value to say the least. The interior of the restaurant was a relaxing space, perfect for the peaceful Nishinomiya cityscape.
