I went at 2 o'clock at the end of the lunch reception. The parking lot is almost always full. The shop is almost full. For lunch, choose between main and white rice, brown rice, or bread. I chose a fish dish this time. Today's fish is a herb-grilled mackerel salad. I chose brown rice and ordered hot coffee as an after-dinner drink. The radish and carrots in the salad are crispy and delicious with no bitterness. The soup is a consommé soup with vegetables simmered to a thick consistency. Pumpkins were sunk at the bottom. Herb-grilled mackerel is perfectly cooked. Pariff wow. I didn't feel much scent. The brown rice was very delicious with a sticky texture even though it contained soybeans. After-meal coffee came with handmade biscuits as a service, and it was very delicious with a gentle sweetness. Using fresh ingredients, it was a stable and gentle seasoning.
