I have been going to Izushi for many years... While there are few shops open at night, This is a restaurant I found that I really wanted to eat at. It was delicious. On my way home from Toyooka City, I wanted to eat Izushi's Sarasoba so I went there. I went to Izushi for the first time, and I was surprised by the large number of people there, probably due to the fact that many shops and the state of emergency had been lifted. All of the shops that are famous for Tabelog are full and there are many people lining up outside. I'm not a Tabelog follower, so I wanted to eat early rather than waiting in line, so I decided to use this one as it was empty. The store is clean, spacious and spacious, and the employees are very polite and attentive. I'm not a soba connoisseur by any means, but this was by far the most delicious soba I've ever eaten. Shinshu is also famous for its soba restaurants, but I have never eaten something so delicious. Not only the taste, texture, and aroma of the soba itself, but also the soup stock is so delicious that you will want soba soup even before you finish eating. The soba soup served after the meal is also rich and full of the aroma of soba. I think that referring to Tabelog is one way to choose delicious restaurants, but blindly trusting them can cause you to miss out on delicious restaurants. I think this is a typical example. I will definitely use them again next time.

I used it when my family visited Izushi for cherry blossom viewing. We relaxed in the tatami room and enjoyed the soba noodles. I got the set and it was very reasonable and delicious!
