In addition to our main products, soy sauce and miso, we have a pretty good selection of local sake, and the temperature is properly controlled in the refrigerator, so you can be sure of the quality.

The soy sauce here is highly recommended. Whenever I make sukiyaki with this, it turns out very delicious.If I make it with this soy sauce, I don't think I can use the supermarket soy sauce anymore. You can also sample the flavors, so I recommend it. Soy sauce also has a strong taste, so it has umami. Even a small amount of soy sauce tastes delicious. Soy sauce from supermarkets doesn't have much flavor, so if you don't add a lot of it, it will taste bland. There is also ample parking space.As of 2019, the inside has been renovated and is clean. Founded in 1889, we produce domestically produced organic soy sauce in barrels.
