I went to Kushizen, a 4-minute walk from Hanshin Nishinomiya Station. This restaurant mainly serves kushikatsu, but they also have wagyu beef grilled with herbs and hot pot courses. This time, we ordered the recommended conger conger tempura, fried cartilage, Iberian pork sausage, grilled rice balls, and herb-grilled wagyu beef. For the kushikatsu, we ordered the recommended prawns, pork fillet, kelp with roe, asparagus, and tulips. There are some things that are unique to this season and they are really delicious. The taste! You can enjoy it with various flavors such as sauce, salt, grated ponzu sauce, etc. Prawns are like other things, but they are cheaper! The tiger prawns are quite reasonable at 258 yen. The dashimaki egg had a lot of flavor, and it was delicious even if you ate it without adding anything! It was a shop around! Next time I want to try other Kushikatsu! Thank you for the meal!
