Katsu-dong drives me crazy. A good place to eat after visiting Himeji Castle.

Kushikatsu is crispy and has a slightly unique flavor. The bonito shrimp are plump and large. Lunch is a good deal, and the kushikatsu set meal seems to have been carefully prepared, with the skewers being served in portions at just the right time.Is this price worth it? I feel it's a great value. But above all, the owner's cheerful greetings, friendly service, and thoughtfulness make me feel happy when I eat there.

Entered the store shortly after it opened. No one is there yet, probably because of the heavy rain. The store is clean. It doesn't get wet with oil. There is only a counter on the first floor. Ordered the Kushikatsu Omakase. Masuba sauce and vegetables. Sauce, salt, ponzu sauce. The vegetables are also crispy and delicious. Kushikatsu is prepared one after another, so if you are talking with your companion, there is almost no waiting time. Sounds good. It feels like the clothes are fried with very fine powder. Crispy! The oil is not heavy and it goes into the stomach of a 40-year-old. The owner was also nice, and it was a shop I wanted to visit again!
