Visited on Sunday around 20:30. I ordered fried noodles and 5 mutton skewers. Yakisoba noodles are flat noodles. Seafood such as scallops and squid were included. The chives had a crunchy texture, and the flavor was just right, not too thin or too strong. The lamb skewers were delicious. At this restaurant, the spices to put on the skewers are placed on a separate plate, and you can adjust the amount of spices you put on the skewers. The taste of this spice reminded me of the time I went out to eat with my Chinese colleagues in Dalian after work more than ten years ago. There is a shop near here that sells mutton skewers, but at that place the meat is already seasoned with spices, but here you can add as much as you want, or whatever you like. There were two young Chinese women sitting next to me, and they were conversing in Chinese. If you cut out just that space, it felt like you were in China. “Ah, that’s how I ate it,” I thought. At the same time, I realized that Chinese people are also coming to this restaurant for this taste. It's just like the local meat, but the meat is thicker than the local meat. Locally, they had thawed and grilled commercial-grade frozen mutton skewers, so the meat seemed to be sticking to the skewers. (Still, it was cheap, so I often ate it as an accompaniment to alcohol.) Even though it's local, it's not a proper restaurant, but a restaurant where you sit at a small outdoor table on simple chairs and eat. I was able to experience a very nostalgic taste, and I felt very good, thinking, ``Ah, this is it! I used to eat it often.'' For mutton skewers, this is my favorite restaurant. It was very delicious and had a nostalgic taste.
