A store specializing in live blowfish. Visited for dinner. The store, which has around 30 tables and tatami rooms, is lively and always full during the winter season. Ajihei's biggest feature is its cost performance. The main course, ``Ajihira Course,'' comes with a generous portion of the dish, parboiled, fried chicken, fried chicken, and a final dish for a whopping 5,000 yen/person. Furthermore, the taste is good and the service is good, so I can't really complain. The price is reasonable because the pufferfish is farmed rather than a natural product, but since they use fresh, live pufferfish, I'm very satisfied. If you think about eating natural products at other stores, the prices will be appalling, so this is just right for me. On this day, I ordered the ``Ajihei'' course, including ``Butsugiri Tessa,'' ``Nabepi,'' ``Nabe Shirako,'' and ``Shirako no Tsukuri.'' When you come here, you must try ``Buttsugiri Tessa.'' As the name suggests, this dish is made from pieces of blowfish sashimi and served with Chinese cabbage and condiments. Everyone must have dreamed of eating it all at once, haha! A sense of mass that surpasses that. You can enjoy the firm texture of pufferfish in your mouth. It's surprising that such an immoral product costs only 1,200 yen per serving. Plus, the hotpot is delicious. It goes without saying that fresh puffer fish is delicious, but other hotpot ingredients such as vegetables and tofu are also delicious. Personally, my favorite point is that the ponzu sauce is delicious. The hot pot is delicious, but the ponzu sauce is disappointing and too sour! I think I have come across this store. Ajihei here uses homemade ponzu sauce made to match the blowfish, so it goes well with the hot pot. It has just the right amount of sourness and saltiness to complement the hot pot. Not to mention the rice porridge at the end lol! A collection of hot pots. One where you can fully enjoy the puffer fish extract. The restaurant prepares the food just right in the kitchen, so even amateurs can eat it with confidence. It is very popular in the winter, so reservations are essential. If you are interested, we recommend that you make a reservation.
