This is a store specializing in stewed tendon. (Mostly takeout) There are two types, ``Suji Nikomi (white)'' and ``Dry Suji Nikomi (red)'', and both are delicious and I always buy both. It's best eaten over hot rice. Eating too much rice is a real flaw. (The stew stew bowl in the photo is an example of how I cooked it, so don't worry, it's not available at the store.) Spicy stew stew becomes even more delicious when used as an ingredient in curry, fried rice, okonomiyaki, and takoyaki. The owner is very calm and pleasant.

The only thing I could see was the signboard because I was passing through Hamakuni Road. There is a parking lot for 3 cars in the back, so you can go there by car. I've known about it for a long time, but I finally went to buy it (^-^) If you don't like spicy food, choose white. When I mixed it with rice and ate it, the flavor soaked in and was delicious. The meat and konjac are well contained and it feels good. I would like to go shopping again.

The shop owner will explain it to you in detail. Some people may find it expensive, but considering the processing and cooking of the tendon meat, I think it's worth buying. It's delicious just by putting it on hot rice. The red one has a spiciness, but it is recommended as it has a moderate spiciness.
