This is the annex of Takoiso, the number one delicious restaurant in Akashi Uonotana Shopping Street. The menu is quite different from the main store. They also have delicious oden. Beef tendon and deep-fried tofu are especially delicious. It was delicious. This is the main topic, tamagoyaki, but this one uses more fat than Takoiso's at the main store, so the outside is crispy. The soup stock and sauce are the same, so there is no doubt about the taste. The store is still new and can accommodate large groups. I think it's better to think of it as an izakaya with tamagoyaki rather than an omelet specialty store. The female store manager was the most attentive. I was turning the hall alone!! ️ Manager, I was doing the work of 3 servings by myself! The tamagoyaki chef in the kitchen had no time to rest! ️The kitchen was a battlefield because of the constant flow of customers🈵 It was very, very good. The eggs are soft and the taste will be salty. If you want a light taste, it is recommended to eat it with the soup. If you like a strong taste, the sauce will be more delicious, but it will be salty, sweet and not spicy.

I ordered a half of conger eel. It was 1000 yen in March 2023. Served with soup stock and condiments. Both were fluffy and delicious. It goes without saying that conger eel is softer on the inside. There are many places in the shopping district where you can eat Akashiyaki, but they all seem to be crowded at lunchtime. It was a little before lunch, so I was lucky to get in without waiting, but there was a wait when I was eating.
