Akashi, Hyogo, Japan｜Gyomu Super

This is Akashi Yaki restaurant but I ordered Horumon udon as I haven't eaten this for a long time. The udon was nice enough but I was a bit shocked that this shop only accept cash payment.

Akashiyaki can be served with rock salt, dashi stock, and sauce. Personally, I like to eat it with rock salt, but the soup stock was also delicious. The sauce is quite salty, and if you add too much, it will be too salty 😅 Akashiyaki was very delicious😋 The octopus rice ochazuke was delicious with the bonito flavored soup stock and the well-seasoned octopus rice! The conversation between my father and mother was lively, and I had a very enjoyable time. The salad with Hyuganatsu dressing is also wonderfully delicious♪ I will definitely stop by when I go to the sunflower field☺️

Both the octopus and the Akashiyaki itself were quite large, so when I went to eat the 15 pieces separately, I had a hard time with the belly bread.😂There was no eggy or fishy smell, and it was very easy to eat. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal🙏
