Kobe, Hyogo, Japan｜Ryu-chan

JR Kobe Station, which I don't usually get off at, happened to have time before noon, so I searched for shops. I slipped into "Ryu-chan" which opens at 11:30 at the same time as the store opened. Nagasaki champon, the signature menu item, is what I'm looking for. I don't eat champon noodles even once a year. The last time I ate was Ringer Hut a few years ago. I ordered Nagasaki champon and small yakimeshi set (1,000 yen including tax). It was served in a little over 5 minutes, but it seems that it will take quite a while if it is crowded. Champon noodles with vegetables, seafood and meat, it tastes as you can imagine, but it's delicious. It's also good that it doesn't get cold easily. Because it is a cat tongue, the moist fried rice becomes smooth while eating. Around 12 o'clock, regulars are one after another. Even if you don't order, the mother in the hall will say, "It's the usual one, isn't it? 〇〇 Dark!" It's a great atmosphere.

I used it because I stayed at a nearby hotel. It was delicious. I especially liked the small soup that came with the set. I think it's a taste and atmosphere that you can't get at a chain store. When I was a child, there were still many restaurants like this in my hometown, and I remembered that I would eat to my heart's content almost every week and feel happy. It was a taciturn master and a cute mom. I happened to come to Kobe on a business trip, so I don't know when I will be able to come next time, but I would like you to take care of me.
