This is a taiyaki and takoyaki shop located on the north side of Hanshin Amagasaki Station. The store name seems to be read as Nimanou. A normal anko taiyaki contains only one chestnut, so it might be better to buy a normal taiyaki and insert the chestnut yourself. Taiyaki is 80 yen and cost performance is good.
