No matter what you eat, it's delicious and a series of surprises. All appetizer platters are delicious. The most surprising thing was the warm, fluffy and soft frittata. I was surprised because the frittata I've eaten so far was cold and a little hard, probably because it was made ahead of time. The bruschetta is also crispy! As, garlic was effective and it was super delicious. Pasta is also authentic. By the way, you can choose the type of noodles depending on the menu, and it seems that the noodles are purchased from a noodle factory in Awaji. Peko ordered fettuccine with salmon cream and spaghetti with shrimp tomato cream. I was surprised to see that both pastas had a lot of ingredients on them! The rich sauce with condensed umami is also excellent. The main character noodles are also chewy! It was elastic and delicious! I've been to a fresh pasta shop, but when Peko ate noodles that were advertised as fresh pasta for the first time in the past, he was so dumb that he wondered if they had been overcooked, and said, "If this is normal noodles, al dente is good.
