We got there at 11am (right when they opened), and there was already a line. We had to wait almost 1.5hrs to eat. It was worth the wait! I would just plan for waiting a long time.

The service was great and they helped me when I was in a hurry. It is recommended to come half an hour in advance. I was the first to enter, so no need to wait. The beef and the kutsurogi rice were very tasty. Highly recommend.

This was simply one of the best meals I have ever had in Japan. We ordered the beef set with seafood kamameshi and it was a great deal of very good food for an extremely reasonable price. I would visit Arimaonsen again just to eat at this restaurant!
