I came to the store on Saturday✨Even though the store opens at 11:00, I arrived at 10:45, and as I was waiting in front of the store, a guy on a motorcycle tour came. . Soba arrived in about 5 minutes after ordering. It has a strong soba flavor, and the sobayu is also delicious! ️✨

It was very delicious. I will definitely come back when I come to Nagano. There are only two items on the menu. There is a parking lot, but when it is full, it seems okay to park on the side road. There is a goat in the back of the shop and it is a very relaxing place. Because it is far from the city, there were no convenience stores nearby.

This soba restaurant is located in the middle of farmland on a side road from the Soba Kaido road leading from Tateshina to Chino, and has an idyllic appearance that makes you feel like you're back in the countryside. The menu is only Mori and Kake. Soba noodles are very fragrant, chewy, and go down smoothly. The soup doesn't have a strong taste, nor does it have a strong soy sauce taste. It's difficult but has a gentle taste. The garnished soba agar has a good local feel. It's not soba that has any special characteristics, but it's definitely delicious. There's only parking for 2 cars, so that's probably the only drawback.
