Tomi, Nagano, Japan｜Restaurant BENIYA Tobu Yunomaru SA Inbound

This is a small restaurant located on the Tobu Yunomaru service area up line on the Joshinetsu Expressway. (Restaurant of Hotel Beniya on the shores of Lake Suwa in Kamisuwa) When you enter the store, you do not purchase a meal ticket, but first pay. Simple Shinshu zaru soba was very helpful during lunch time on the way to drive for a long time on the highway. The taste was also delicious. It's in Shinshu Nagano Prefecture that you can eat authentic handmade soba in SA. If I wasn't driving, the contents were enough to think that the heavenly colander was good. Thank you for the meal.

I had the grilled cheese tomato ramen (single item). I was surprised that it tasted much better than tomato spaghetti. The noodles and melty cheese were entwined, but the noodles were thin and light, so I was able to go through it all the way to the end without feeling too heavy in my stomach. The soup is refreshing, like ramen soup, but it has a strong tomato flavor and the basil flavor is delicious. The quality is so high that you can't believe it's a service area. It's from a specialty store. I also had a bite of the fried chicken set meal, and the batter was crispy and the meat was tender and delicious. I would like to come back and try other menu items as well. Thank you for the meal.
