I used it when it was free before 12 o'clock. There was a time when a male clerk was very polite. Ordering is done using a touch panel, and even though the food is served by a robot, a staff member came out to explain things, which I appreciated. Even the elderly and people who are not used to it can use it with confidence. The noodles were piping hot, and the tableware was clean and well-washed. I felt comfortable using it. I would like to stop by again if I'm nearby.

I used it for dinner with my children. When I called the store clerk because I wanted to remove the dishes, I noticed that the gyoza in front of me had short hairs. It's obvious that it's not my children's or mine. Did something happen to the clerk who came to remove the dishes? He asked me, so I told him about it. They said they would reheat it, but I had already eaten half of it, so I declined. I hope the same thing won't happen in the future. After that, the person who was probably the person in charge came all the way and apologized. I thought that the first clerk told me properly. After all, he said that he would re-bake it, but he refrained again. Then, next time, I will bring you a dessert as a palate refresher if you like. I didn't expect to be treated so politely at a family restaurant, so I gave my child a dessert without hesitation. I feel good thanks to the response and thoughtfulness of the person who seems to be the person in charge, and the female clerk who reported it properly (I would like to mention the name, but it will be private information, so I will hide it just in case). I was able to finish my meal. I would be happy if there were more store clerks like this. I think that it will be improved in the future about the hair, so I will give it a ☆ 5 based on the response of the two store clerks and my expectations for the future.
