There was a party, but there wasn’t an issue with service. It was my first time trying Peruvian cuisine and I loved it. I’m a big fan of beans so I enjoyed it a lot, a bit salty but the flavors were really good. The drink was very fruity and sweet too, very easy to drink. I was surprised to see turkey in my dish as it’s hard to come by. The red onion topping was a perfect side for the hearty meals. It was a lot of food, so great for dinner or even splitting.

I recently visited Chasky, a prominent Peruvian restaurant in Japan, and it was an unforgettable dining experience. The Ceviche, fresh and balanced, opened a feast of flavors. Smooth and comforting, La Causa prepared the palate for more robust dishes. The Lomo Saltado impressed with its tender meat and perfect seasoning. The Anticuchos, rich in grilled flavor, were simply irresistible. But the dish that really stood out was the Carapulcra with Pork a la Caja China, a wonderful mix of flavors and textures. The service at Chasky was exceptional, with attentive and knowledgeable staff. This restaurant is a must-see stop in Japan for lovers of Peruvian cuisine, offering a perfect combination of traditional flavors, expert cuisine, and exceptional service.
