Utsunomiya, Tochigi, Japan｜Ramen restaurant

We had lunch here. We three ordered different ramen variety. All the three varieties were very delicious. The broth was very tasty, so the overall dish became very delicious. The shop had noodles(men) from Kyoto, Hokkaido etc.

Visited September 18, 2022 at 11:30 The entrance from the road may be a little narrow. There was one group waiting. The inside of the store is spacious with 3 counter seats and 5 tables that can seat 4 people. By 12 o'clock, the restaurant was full. I ordered Kyoto ramen, it arrived in 12-3 minutes, and the soup was delicious with soy sauce. I thought the noodles were boiled a little hard. There are also plenty of Kujo green onions, bean sprouts, menma, and chashu pork, so you can thoroughly enjoy your ramen. The chashu is delicious. I am full.

it's delicious. It tasted like nothing else in Tochigi. The light soy sauce soup is a perfect match for the sweetness of Kujo green onions. I thought it would end with a light feeling, but the chashu has a strong seasoning and is very satisfying to eat. This is also delicious when you eat green onions and char siu with noodles. I want to go again.
