Okayama, Japan｜Ussu galette restaurant

Drink a coffee and eat a sweet galette. It was good! The coffee was actually less bitter (not my personal favorite), but when we talk with the clerk about our usual coffee taste, he said "Ah, so our coffee today might be not good yeah? Because its less bitter" LOL. It's interesting! He know coffee a lot, so 5 stars for sure!

The staff are also kind and polite. It's located in a commercial facility, so it's crowded with families, but the inside of this store is calm and you can spend a relaxing time there. The crepes made with seasonal fruits were amazing! I had a strawberry crepe, and the white granola that was said to be homemade inside was delicious! I want to buy it lol

You can choose the crepe fabric from the galette fabric. I had a lunch of fish (bream sea bream) wrapped in a galette. It was very delicious♪
